RIDE ALONG TRAINING
There is no substitute for field experience in the home inspection trade. No amount of education and schooling can compare to the real life experience and training you can receive with an experienced, qualified ride along mentor during an actual home inspection. Peer review performance ride-along programs are also available to inspectors. Training is provided by a CREIA Advanced Mentoring Program (CAMP) approved Ride-Along Mentor.

INSPECTION REPORT REVIEW
Your report is your final product and an image of your company. Poorly written and incomplete inspection reports are worthless to your client and may subject you to unnecessary legal exposure. Using the correct terminology in a clear and concise manner that is easy for the client to understand is a must. Learn what every inspection report must contain and words you should never use in a report. Report reviews are provided by a CREIA Advanced Mentoring Program (CAMP) approved Report Reviewer.

INSPECTION REPORTING SOFTWARE
Our proprietary computerized custom report writing template is the state of the art in the home inspection profession and meets the Standards of Practice of ASHI and CREIA. Our software template will allow the inspector the ability to report on condominiums, mobile homes, multi-family dwellings and executive luxury homes in an effective narrative reporting style. Our custom narrative library is one the largest in the inspection industry and allows for easy field editing/customization. A limited use trial version is available for inspectors to review. The template requires the installation of 3D Inspection System software.
